Refer your patients for one-stop access to Children’s Developmental Services, Child Care Subsidy, Healthy Babies Healthy Children, and other community services and agencies.  Refer for any concerns about infant or child development or for a family needing extra support.  After referral, Halton Region staff will contact the family to complete a comprehensive intake assessment and connect families to appropriate services and supports. Families can also call 311 to self-refer.
