Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) New Requisition Forms Update:
As of March 3, if you use an OMD-certified EMR, please ensure you use the new Ontario Health (CCO) – HPV & Cytology test requisition forms now available in your EMR. If you don’t have the new requisitions and need assistance, please contact your EMR vendor or OMD at support@ontarioMD.com.
